How long is the refund process at RareMentors?

All refund requests received by us are processed through the same gateway within 7 working days of receiving the request. For any exceptional cases where you have not received the refund amount, you can write to us and call to us.

Accidently I made payment twice for the same course. What should I do?

Please write to us we will make a full refund to you within maximum 3 working days.

I would like a refund for a fraudulent transaction made with my card.

If you notice fraudulent transactions on your card, you can contact your bank to raise a chargeback. In case you do not wish to raise a chargeback with your bank, please write to us card holder name, date of transaction and reference number. On reviewing your ticket, we will raise a refund request and the same shall reflect in your account within 10 business days.

Depending on mode of the course. In case of classroom training material is provided in class. Access to website is available for 2 months. In case of virtual training & online training physical material will be available to in next 7 days. Online material will be available to you within next 6 hours. For this you need to login into the link provided to you with login credentials generated for you.

Can I reschedule my exam?

You can reschedule your exam. However, the exam booking done through different Examination Institutes has the following validity:

  • APMG: 30 Days (for countries other than US or India)
  • PEOPLECERT: 1 year (for India)
  • EXIN: 1 Year (for US and Canada)
  • ScrumStudy: 30 Days
  • Six Sigma : 30 Days

You can use your exam vouchers received from RareMentors to access the exam well within this timeframe.
